
CASHIER
Full-Time / Part-Time | $12–$16/hour

The Cashier role is hands-on, customer-focused, and designed for people who want to advance within the company. This position combines customer service, front-end operations, sales-floor support, stocking, safety, and team participation while providing clear expectations for skill-building and future opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service

Deliver the Amaze Every Customer Every Time experience with prompt greetings, eye contact, and offers of assistance.

Learn product locations, features, and solutions to help customers quickly and effectively.

Actively participate in upselling and introducing add-on products to customers.
-
Handle basic complaints and service issues and know when to involve a manager.
Cashiering & Front-End Operations

Master POS operation, including sales, returns, gift cards, discounts, and Ace Rewards sign-ups.

Maintain accurate cash-handling procedures, balance drawers, and follow refund protocols.

Stay current on store promotions and apply them correctly at checkout.

Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Stocking & Store Support

Assist with truck unloads, stocking shelves, and organizing backstock.

Maintain assigned departments, including clean shelves, accurate signage, and product availability.

Support seasonal resets and promotional displays with accuracy and urgency.
Safety & Loss Prevention

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines and report hazards or equipment issues immediately.

Help deter shoplifting by staying alert and engaging customers.

Participate in regular store safety checks and cleaning routines.
Teamwork & Growth

Attend Daily Huddles, share ideas, and support team goals.

Assist in training new team members as your knowledge grows.

Use radios and communication tools promptly and professionally.

Support company events, contests, and special projects.

Work Requirements
