Wood's used to be so customer oriented, but those days are gone. I went in to get a gasket for my Big Green Egg grill. I didn't see any on the display, so stopped a clerk and asked him if they had any, he said "what's that?". I showed him on one of the display grills. He calls another guy on the walkie talkie. The other guy comes over looks around, and says "we don't have one", that was it. Not "would you like for me to order you one", or "we'll have more in next week".
